You can WhatsApp 9600095677 for site visits. If staffs are unavailable, we share google map locations, photos, landmark and other details with customers so that they can check the property before booking.

How much is the booking amount? Do I receive payment receipt for my booking?

Booking amount is 1 lakhs for each project. Yes, we provide signed payment receipts to customers after booking.

How do I pay for the booking?

We accept payment for booking via UPI. Our UPI number is 9600095677 and UPI ID is prash.anuchitra-3@okaxis | After payment, kindly upload the payment screenshot in the booking form.

The contact phone is not reachable. How do I contact?

Due to the volume of property requests and workload, at times we are not able to answer all the calls. We request customers to communicate via Whatsapp messages and audio messages to assist them in their requirements.

How do I check the legal verification of the site?

After the booking is made, we share all the necessary documents with the customer, to check the legal verification of the site

If the legal verification of the site is not satisfactory, will my booking get refunded?

Yes, we provide 100% refund of booking amount as per our refund policy, incase the legal verification of the site is not satisfactory.  Our normal refund period is 21 working days.

Shall I apply for bank loans? Does the builder support bank loans?

Yes. We provide support and guidance for bank loans. We have tie -ups with leading institutional and private banks for home financing.

Yes, we design vaastu compliant floor plans. Customer shall customise and revise the floor plans and approve the final design.
